Carlos Alfonso González

Carlos is Founder and C.E.O. of FluidMind Consulting, consolidating his Talent Consulting and Executive Search career of almost 20 years. His knowledge and expertise is deeply rooted in the High-Tech and Consulting industries.

He has advised Global and Fortune 500 corporations, and some Start-ups on talent attraction and development for high-impact and leadership positions. Has positively "touched" and mentored the careers of several elite corporate athletes in Latin America who have grown into continental or global roles.

He started the Tech practice for Korn Ferry Mexico from scratch, led the same practice for Latin America and in a tenure in the U.S. the global relationship for Microsoft. Was a member of the Global Technology Council. He also held a leadership role for Spencer Stuart Mexico, as well as a Latin America Digital Transformation responsibility for Prolaurum International along with the Managing Partner role for its Mexican subsidiary.

Prior to the aforementioned positions, he developed an accelerated and successful enterprise sales career at Hewlett-Packard, Sun Microsystems, and NCR for a time span of over 12 years.

He is a graduate of the University of Houston, U.S.A.
