Karla is an Executive Search and Management Assessment specialist with more than 10 years of experience in the High-Tech and Consulting industries. On behalf of FluidMind Clients, she has translated their resourcing needs into clear requirements. Based on these requirements, she has designed and executed winning talent sourcing strategies that have connected those clients with the best talent on the market.
Her Consulting career started at Korn Ferry Mexico as a Knowledge Manager and
